The only way to find out for sure what's going on, leeah, is to have a vet look at her. Is the area swollen?

Alice,

We are not vets, so it would probably be best to have him checked out by a vet to know for sure. It may not be swollen, but it has not returned to 'normal', and could be some sort of infection.

Best of luck!
