Vets that Neuter Micro Mini Pigs

Hi there! I have only been able to find 1 vet in my area that will neuter my mini pig, and it's going to be 768.29. I was really hoping to find somewhere cheaper as this is a lot of money. Does anybody know of anyone within the Durham region area, or GTA that is less expensive?

Do you have any farmers around that may know of other vets?

No I don't know any farmers. I've tried to look that kind of thing up, but haven't found anything.

Would that Vet you did get a quote from charge any differently for a male dog of about the same weight? That really is not out of line with prices I was quoted 4 years ago, including bloodwork, to neuter a dog, $600. $168 higher in four years, doesn't seem that wild an increase to me.
