Exclamation Weird mark on my dog

Hey guys iím new to the forum and iím looking for some help trying to identify what this mark is on my dog. I took him to the vet and they said it could be an allergic reaction but we gave him the meds and out the cream on like they said and itís still here. Can any one tell me if theyíve seen this mark before or if they know what it is! Thank you!

It might be a sebaceous cyst. You might want to try daubing it with an epsom salt solution 4 to 5 times a day for a few minutes each time. If you don't see it drying up in a week, I'd try a second opinion. If you still can't get a diagnosis, a Veterinary Teaching Hospital might be a good choice. They see so many more cases at a VTH than a regular vet--you can't beat that experience! You may need a referral from your vet and it tends to be more pricey, though.
