Hello, First time User
My boxer has been biting at his paws an awful lot and scratching at his ears.. I have heard that it could be his dog food.. And I believe he is allergic to Chicken What is the best store bought BIG bag of dog food (16kg at least) that I should buy? Please keep in mind my location |

I'd find a local Global pet supply store and see what they have to offer. There are lots of good dogs foods available now that do not have chicken as an ingredient.
From a quick search, it seems you have 3 locations in London, ON |

Welcome to the board. My lab X also has a chicken allergy, and I have been feeding her Taste of the Wild Sierra Mountain Canine Forumula (lamb and sweet potato). It has no chicken or chicken/poultry fat. My old vet had said the poultry fat would not be an issue, but it was for our girl, so be careful of brands that show chicken or poultry fat, I also watch for anything that states just "animal fat" as that could be poultry. Many folks are leery of the Taste of the Wild brand, but so far I haven't had a recall issue. Just make sure you read the labels on the brand you buy. Good luck to you.
