Royal Canin--good food?

Is Royal Canin a good kitty food? I noticed while the first ingredient is chicken, the second and third ingredients are different kinds of corn. That makes me wonder if there's actually more corn than chicken in it . . .

I don't like this food and would not feed it. Cats should get canned as the main portion of their food, and there are many better dry foods to supplement it with if you have many cats and can't afford to feed canned exclusively.

If it's not "chicken meal" and you have ground corn or corn meal in the second ingredient, then yes, corn is #1. And no it's not great.

Okay, now I've got them on Natural Balance, which they really seem to like. It's the venison flavor . . . I think Booster might be allergic to chicken.
