Working with dogs

I'm looking for information as to where I could go, or how I could start my career change. In all honesty, I'm just sick of working in an office setting and since dogs bring so much into my life, I'd love to give back to them...

That said... I guess it wouldn't be much of a career change but just letting go of everything I know and dislike - and bring back into my life what I love most.

Any advice would be appreciated... whether it's starting a business or finding a job that involves pets.

I've thought about becoming a dog trainer.. actually I have been thinking about that a lot over the last year. How could I go about becoming one?

Thanks!

Melz maybe you could try a few things before you quit your job....

Some things that come to mind are dog walker for your local SPCA? or other volunteers stuff there!

Open up a dog walking, dog sitting business!

How about if you have a large property set up a doggie daycare!

Hopefully you have a 2 income home to help out while things like this start up!

I am in the same boat! wish I could spend all day with the doggies!
