Go Natural vs Wellness

I am new here and am curious as to how people feel about the grain-free canned food by Go Natural? It seems that most feel Wellness is a better food. Is that actually the case? I'm interested in Go Natural because it's made in Abbotsford, very near where I live, and I like the idea of buying from a local company but I also want to do what's best for our cat. Thoughts?
To sneak in a second question: Are bonito flakes okay for cats?

TIA!

I'm of the opinion that having variety in a cat's diet is important and feed my own guy something like 8 or 10 different brands of canned. Sometimes even Fancy Feast! The Go Natural isn't bad and would certainly be in my rotation if Aztec actually liked it .

Bonito flakes are fine for treats or for tempting cats to eat a new food.

I like go now better then welness core for my dog, mainly because it's easier to find when I can't find orijen. i think welness core and go now are both pretty much the same in quality of ingredients.

Go Natural is a good brand but their canned food is not made in Abbotsford, B.C.

It is made by Menu Foods ....
