Petition for dog that was dragged behind motorcycle

Hi

The sheltie named Buddy was dragged behind a motorcycle thru a campsite by his owner. People in the campground next to the trail where this happened were stopped by campers, but not before Buddy was injured. It happened in a small town outside of Kapuskasing, name of Moonbeam.

There is a petition that animal lovers want people to sign so the 2 that did this will get the strongest sentence they can get!

I just can't understand how a person can be so cruel.

How sad.... it just breaks my heart to think of what these poor little things go through, and pisses me off to no end. There are people (like most here) who would break themselves to make sure their pets are healthy and happy, to love and care for them. Then you have complete idiots like these who obviously have no respect or compassion for life and would most likely not even take the animal to a vet once they've tortured it

I would love to be the one dragging each of them behind a moving vehicle.

Articles like the 2 here really make me dislike the human race in general (always exceptions, of course )

It was on the right side of the screen last night and I see they have raised the amount to 5,000. I have posted on the Dogs at Mile 26 site to tell them we are having problems finding where to sign.

You know,I have read so many horror-stories,of so many evil people and deeds that go unpunished,it just makes you sick...
To our government and courts,it seems it does not matter how cruel you are to an animal,they seem to not bother they all have the"it's only an animal attitude"and it makes me very sad for all the defenseless animals out there

Sure, it's "only" an animal... a living being that gives unconditional love, even when beaten and starved, is always there to love and defend, even lay down it's life for you.

Can't say I know many people who have such noble qualities. We should all take lessons.
