fussy eating?

My 2yr old Papillon bitch has been picky with her food for the past few months she has been to the vets (begining of november) for a blood test to try and rule out a possible pyo. And she has been countless times since then for checks. Shes never been a great eater, but it got worse after her false pregnancy in September. We tried the old put food down for 20mins take it up again and then same at night and she just ate a tiny bit and then walked away she lost a lot of weight then. She will eat roast beef with out a fuss and a bit of cheese. any advice?

What are you feeding her and how long has she been on this food?
