She's still crazy for the homemade so I made another batch. I've never met a dog that loves a food so much.

So. I gave my mom a couple containers of it too with specific instructions on feeding. So, get this, I go over tonight (gave it to her yesterday) for a moment and notice the empty container on the counter. "Oh, did you put the food in a different container for some reason?" I ask. "No, I fed it to them." she says. Oh, I freaked, that was a week's worth of food, gone in one day!!!! She gave them each the same amount as I give Willow a day. They are Shih Tzus and the food is very heavy! Oh man, I think she's getting senile.

How much are your portions in each bag? My dogs are 50-60 lb so would I feed 1 or 2 cups/meal? I feed twice a day.

Thanks!

Sorry - I thought of another question - did you boil your eggs first and put them in chopped up?

or could you just crack a couple of raw eggs in and let them cook as the mix stews?

I'm now using the large yogurt containers. I give Willow five heaping tablespoons a day, she is 40 lbs. She gets that, I guess it's about 3/4 cup, and a cup of kibble a day.

Yup. I put the shells in the blender with the fish bones and some water and grind them so they end up really fine and put them in too.

Hypo-Allergenique Bulldog & Bones

Hi!

My hypo-allergenique 5 yr. old rescue Bulli, Scarlet, only "plays"/chews w/bones. She has to avoid beef, chicken, porc, lamb, turkey & fish. I give her elk & bison bones but she LOVES the turkey necks I tried before I knew all of her allergies (trial & error). Turkey, lamb, & fish are precautionary. check www.bulldogsworld.com Forum2 Medical for Praellwyn for full story. Tried to post it here last time & was censored for length (too long).

Any help?

I really don't know anything about allergies, my dog can eat anything.

I made another batch of food. I call this one "Better than..."

Yogurt containers this time:

"Hey Willow, can I help you with that?"

Yeah, I don't mind making it at all. My sister walked in during the process and said "no way would I ever have the time to do that" I told her that I don't either, but I make the time.

That batch was a double and will last about 40 days, plus 5 weeks or so for my mom.

Rocky really enjoyed licking out the pots.
