This thread is not about these cats. I can assure you that there has been discussion about them. Cats and kittens that are at risk of death are plugged with urgency first. Sorry - that is the way it works as harsh as that may sound. BTW - I already found one of her kittens a home.

If your friend can help with another - yesterday I got an e-mail from another dog rescue located in Ontario asking me to help find a home for yet another cat in a bad way. I will e-mail you the picture and you can pass onto your friend.

I swear - I am officially BURNT!

OFF TOPIC - I have not forgotten about the 3 rotts. I spoke to her today.
You did a wonderful thing!!

Update on the little man

The little fellow is being transported to me tomorrow. He is an official surrender as it did not take much convincing to give him up apparently.

So the vet appointment scheduled tomorrow and forever home with a rott I rescued months ago. So all is well and things worked out in the end.

(I think I will take a break from answering my phone and e-mail for a while!)

Wahoo! You do so much for animals in need, so if you decide to take a small break, it is very well deserved.

I think I was blessed with one more miracle to be honest. I received the call just when I was starting to sweat about taking another cat into my home and then working things once he arrived. This call came very unexpectantly and I could not believe this good fortune for this little guy and selfishly, myself.

I know where this cat is being adopted and he has hit GOLD!

I attribute this to all of you that keeps me encouraged - it's YOUR karma, prayers, and good wishes...I know it!

to you ALL.
