My mini schnauzer escaped from a fenced-in yard on Netherwood crescent at approximately 2:00 pm today
she was wearing a pink collar with no i.d. tags. she has short greyish fur, weighs 10 lbs and responds to the name Milly.
She was recently spayed and has staples in her belly which need to be removed asap $250 reward if found

Milly was lost in Hampstead, in Montreal.

She is very special as she was adopted only a week ago, after being taken away from a Quebec Puppy Mill. She must be very afraid.

Please help if you can.

keep an eye out at the SPCA lost/found site

http://spcamontrealpf.blogspot.com/
make a cross post to every rescue in the MTL area (see Petfinder) and contact Berger Blanc. Posters in the area may also help. I'm sure she is very confused at this moment.
I will keep an eye out I am in NDG.
Good luck

I was at the MSPCA last night to check and see if anyone claimed a found dog or if the dog was there.

Please call them. They did not know that you lost this dog. Where you are located is a municipality that they cover. Also, this dog is microchipped.

Please also call Berger Blanc if this dog has travelled outside the boundry.

These dogs are in a sorry state and are fearful. It is important to advise all pounds that you have lost this dog.

It is your responsibility to advise the MSPCA or a rescue that has adopted out this dog to you.

Milly was adopted from the CSPCA from a Puppy Mill surrender. She's 'chipped".

We are all worried sick for this poor Mill dog. She must be so afraid...

The adoptee has put out flyers and had it all over the Media.

Hi everyone,

Please print a few copies and circulate.
This dog was adopted from a recent puppy mill seizure (2 weeks ago). She escaped from an opening in a fence and has been spotted but not caught,
The owner is trying to do an entire west-end (montreal) blitz as the dog has been seen bolting. She is very timid and won't come up to people unless they are crouching down to her, so she has not been able to be captured. Please share with anyone in westmount, n.d.g., snowdon, e.g. vets, animal stores, banks, friends, etc. She is tiny-approx.10 lbs. and hard to see.

Thanks for your help on behalf of Kelly.

Milly has been found. Thanks to the Montreal SPCA's microchip policy.

She's doing amazing. It's really a miracle. To anyone in Montreal... She ran from Hampstead to the U. of Mtl. Campus bird sanctuary.

Microchips DO work!

Wow!Another Happy Ending

So glad to hear another missing pup has found its way home. How far from home was she? This is always helpful information for those looking for lost pets.
