carrot salad
Anyone have a recipe for Carrot Salad? I had one once, it was sweet and tangy, and didn't have a creamy sauce (no mayo). It may or may not have had raisins. It was made with shredded carrot.

I make a very easy version of a carrot salad. I just add raisins and crushed pineapple to shredded carrots and moisten it to taste with honey mustard dressing. Another salad we enjoy is adding shredded carrots and crushed pineapple to lemon jello. So good and so easy!
