open wound

My cat came in bleeding and now she has an open little open wound what should i do

Hi there, and welcome. My first piece of advice is to go to the vet just to be sure. Can you tell us where the wound is, what does it look like, is it bleeding, infected, how did she get the wound, is your cat up to date with vacines, etc...Did you clean it out, is there anything inside the wound?

Without more details, all I can say is if you have to ask, I'd see a vet, just to be sure.
