Is my kitten depressed? Also high ALT?

I post so many threads guys! So sorry

But our 4 mo old just got a false positive for Felv and we are very happy to hear this news.
However she still is acting strange. She is eating a lot and drinking but losing weight and constantly dehydrating. She is mean to my younger kitten who she originally loved. She only lays in bed and sleeps. She still purrs and kneads though. No playing either. Very boney. No distended belly. She doesn't have worms. Her blood work was healthy except a mild high ALT.

Someone said she might be depressed. But it's been two weeks would she starve herself like this??

Thanks guys!!!
Also not sure what a mild high ALT means
