Are You A Mom
If you are a mom how would you feel if you had to leave your 8 week old outside? Margie faces this delema. Margie is a beautiful long haird tortie with 4 8 week old kittens ( 2 orange, one black, and one black and white). Margie needs to be spayed before she gets pregnant again! How can we leave 4 young babies outside to fend for themselves, it would not be responsible. If you have a little space in your home and your heart you will be rewarded 100 fold. They would come under our wing. All vet bills will be taken care of and be part of our adoption program. The babies are timid but mom is a social, loving, young lady. We are going to see if we can get pictures of the babies next week
Here is mom, Margie. Last edited by JAB; May 30th, 2007 at 11:09 PM. Reason: spelling mistake |

Are you looking for a foster family for the mom or the whole family ?

Hi Frenchy,
I am looking for a foster home for the mom and the babies. It does not necessarily have to be one home. I just don't think leaving the babies out without mom around would be safe. If someone just wants to take the babies that would work. The babies are still timid and having mom around would probably help get them used to people. We would trap them and have them seen by a vet before we placed them anywhere. Any takers? JAB |

If you ever need a foster family for the mom , and if you know she is ok with dogs and my cat (my dogs won't do anything if the cat doesn't run away from them) but I can't take the kitties, with my foster great dane, I'm not sure , altough she is more than ok with my cat, the babies would be too small and fragile.

Thanks Frenchy but I have no idea how she would react to dogs. I will try and find out when we visit next week. I will keep you informed.

Great, I'm not looking to adopt but I would foster her no problem.

Foster is what we are in short supply of. I doubt it would take to long to get her adopted, she is so beautiful and so friendly.
