Constipation

Hi All-

Oxford hasn't pooped in over 24 hours. She typically goes twice a day but has not gone since Sunday morning. I did a half day fast yesterday, only fed her in the evening (she typically eats 8 oz, twice a day). She had chicken yesterday evening, and a total of 16 oz of chicken, with bone, today and still nothing. Any suggestions?

A bit of banana makes Chase poop...and walking seems to help him work it out too. Though he has never been constipated more than 24 hrs. so I'm thinking those may not be feasible solutions for you. I have also heard the pureed pumpkin works too. Good luck!

The pumpkin is good for when they are constipated and when they have the runs.but if either go on to long i would go to a vet.
