Am I feeding enough home cooked dinner?

Just wondering if there is a basic guideline for the amount of meat you should give a dog per day?

I basically give a kibble breakfast and a home cooked dinner. Yesterday, for example, I gave my dogs some ground turkey, they split a package so that was about 1/2 pound each (maybe a little less), small amount of beef liver, 1/2 egg with shell and some cooked veggies.

I read something about feeding 2-3% of the dog's body weight but that was for raw. Not sure if that would be the same for cooked and would I divide that in half again because I am feeding one meal of kibble in the morning?

Thanks!
