The people @ that store obviously don't know a thing about raw feeding you never ever force an animal into eating raw - it will backfire & they will refuse to touch it

Have you tried Tommy on an all home cooked diet for a couple of weeks - perhaps try that. Cook the meat fully - or to his taste, do NOT give cooked poultry bones, puree/juice the fruits & veggies - someone else will have better knowledge about this than I- and see how he does on that for a while

You might try the people at Know Better Dog Food. I found them very helpful, and they make a product that balances both raw and cooked diets.
