Poor Wazoo!/Mtl

Hi! I'm a lively and friendly girl, about 4 years old and I've known nothing but rejection in my short life. I was adopted 3 years ago, but my owner wouldn't keep me in the house and when neighbours complained about my visits, her answer was to send me to the SPCA!! I was so scared!

Lucky Rescue found out and made her go get me!! Now I'm in a cage at the vet, and although I am safe, I need a FOREVER home where I won't have to worry about being dumped ever again. I know I"m not flashy or fancy, but no cat could have more love to give than I do. Won't you give me a chance???"

It worked!! Wazoo - now named "Willow" - has left the dark and lonely cage where she spent two months, and is now in a luxurious apartment with a kind and sweet lady who just lost her own cat to leukemia.

Yippeeeeee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

awwww

I'm glad Willow aka Wazoo was lucky enough to find her forever home! I must say I definitely prefer the name Willow. More regal and gentile.

Really happy for Willow. Very nice of you to rescue "Wazoo" and board him at the vet's. This is how we adopted our first Dachshund. A couple who rescued Dachshunds and Dobes pulled him from the pound and boarded him until the perfect home could be found. Took 4 tries as he was the most benevolent, but most Alpha 9 lb. guy in the world - many people thought he was a lap dog - no way! Kept everyone in line at the vet's. They were thinking of keeping him as clinic supervisor. But when we met it was love at first sight. The couple that had found him came to inspect us - I was so nervous - but they could see the instant bonding - and our cat absolutely adored him on sight as well. Would have kept him themselves but they already had 8 "kids" at home and hard to hide this guy who was stunning. 4 of our dogs came to us through these people and our vet.

Once again, a big "Thanks" to Dr. Louise Lavallee and Dr. Julie Lessard at the Dorion clinic for keeping this girl safe and and treating the rhino she contracted after her owner dumped her at the SPCA.

These ladies are the best!

Yeyy!!! Who could turn away a grey cat with a black nose? That's just silliness (or **insert bad word here**).
I hope this kitty gets a home well deserved.
