Maybe it's not the puppy ....
How old is she? What training have you done to help her learn? http://www.dogstardaily.com/taxonomy/term/76

A woman came to my condo once and she let her puppy run lose and the puppy was sniffing all the new smell and would not come back when called,. The owner called her puppy not bright because it did not come back , the fact that the puppy had no training did not matter to the owner. A weeks week later I learned that cute puppy was hit by truck and killed because he was running lose across a street. So I can't stand it when people call their pets not bright,

How old is she?
How long have you had her? If she pees on the bed and furniture don't let her on the bed and furniture. The floor is easier to clean. Are you saying she was trained before you let her on the bed and furniture and she has regressed? |

I do too and will remove it from my comment, the OP called their dog that word and I should had used another word.
