Scarborough Incident a Little Freaky For Me

I didn't realize this until tonight when I watched the news on CP24 and talked to my Mom later in the evening. Now I know why I had the shivers reading about this, this morning.

This incident in Scarborough, the dog's name is Copper and he is a Pit Bull.
My dog's name is Copper and he is a Pit Bull. (They look similar, but MY Copper has black on his snout and around his eyes)

On CP24, the lady they interviewed was the dog's owner's Mother and her name was Cherie.
My name is the same but spelled "Sherry."

The man walking the dog, his name was John.
My fiance's name is John.

How freaky is this????
I sure hope the dog will be let off the hook and the owners are the ones to pay.

I saw it on t.v. the first night, actually I think it wa last wednesday, so i new it wasn't your Copper right away, I assumed you had seen it or I would havae warned you! The poor guy is really cute too, and he looked so clueless as they were taking him away:sad: JThe womaan tried to say that she didn't know the ban had taken effect and know that she was being irresponsible but honestly I feel sorry for all of them. It was a family friend who was walking the dog, maybe he wasn't used to the wway they pull. You could see this Copper was quite a uller when the AC had him on leash. He was obviously people frioendly though. Poor Guy! Apparantly alot of people arent muzzling....when something hpapens it look bad for all of us.

It was a family friend who was walking the dog, maybe he wasn't used to the wway they pull. You could see this Copper was quite a puller when the AC had him on leash.

Oh yes, I remember when my Copper was 2 years old - no where near maturity yet! lol He was the exact same way. I never walked him in public without a halti and I still don't!
