Smile I need help on trying to house train my dog!

Hi, My Dog Lucky is about a year and a half years old and still not house trained! I'm not sure what I am doing wrong but she wont pee or pooh in the house when I am home, But when I go out she will pee everywhere! I put her out before I go out so she doen't need to pee. But as soon as I leave the house even for just one second to go nextdoor I will come home to pee either on the carpet or she will pee on my bed! Sometimes she even pees on people! My son was sitting on the floor watching T.V and she came over and crouched on him and peed! I'm not sure what to do, do anyone have any suggestions?

Can you please advise what breed is your dog. This will help us as certain breeds are alittle more difficult to train.

Firstly I recommend a crate for when you go out no matter how long. Once you get home, clip the dog and go outside for bathroom 'duties'. Praise once the dog relieves him/herself. Also - is your dog sterilized?

I must tell you that I also have a min pin that does the same. They are a difficult breed to train as catching them is very difficult.

Good luck, and if you can answer my questions maybe we can provide you with more guidance.
