BudboyBudboy77 wow 4 yrs ....doesnt seem that long ago! I remember your sweet boy! I am sure he is having a blast at the Rainbow Bridge with all the others that have gone there!

My sweet boy Winston left for the bridge a couple of months ago and I am sure him and your boy are romping around up there! Its so very hard to loose them.

Its nice to see you stop by again!

How is your new dog doing? I am sorry I cant recall the name ?

hi

Hi Thks for the reply and for sure Buddy and Winston are having a blast at the Rainbow Bridge and chasing cats ..

I'm sorry to hear about your Winston ,it's not to long ago ,how are you feeling now? It is very hard to loose them , soo very hard.

It is very nice to stop by ,I should stop more often, anything to do with Pets is always great.

Shaker is doing well and is shaping up to be a handsome dog.
How are other things doing with you with your loss and how has the site been? .

BudboyBudboy77 yes I am sure they are having a blast! Winston left for the bridge on September 15, 2011. We are doing okay but there is a void in our home at the moment. We will one day share our home again but my DH is not quite ready yet.

So glad to hear Shaker is doing well! How about some new pics of your little sweetheart?

You should stop my more often. We have such a great group of people on pets.ca!

Looking forward to seeing Shaker!!

RIP

Hard to believe it's been that long bbbb77

Buddy

Good to hear that Shaker is doing well, though. And I'll second that request for more pics.

Thks for the replies, I will get some pics of Shaker as soon as I can. I should drop by more often ,this is a great group of people which we should have more of in the world.
When we got Shaker it was just a month after Buddy passed ,I still feel guilty about getting another pet so soon but it was a very big void ,I had just lost a job at the time and gotten sick, but even that soon after getting another dog didn't mean we did not miss or love Buddy any less.

Never feel guilty about opening up your home and your heart to a dog, budboybudboy77. We can never replace the ones we lose, but we can forge new bonds--and there's nothing wrong with that. There's plenty of love to go around--the more you give, the more you get.

Hi and thanks for the nice replies.
I do agree with both of you , and I know Buddy would be proud.
I wish I could open my heart to more pets but money is tight and bringing in another one now would not to be to that dog or cat.

Just wanted to ask where do I post pics of Shaker. I hope to keep coming around ,such a great forum.

You can start a Shaker thread in the Pet Photography forum, if you'd like to. (I know we'd like you to start one! We need lots of updates on Shaker--we're way behind! )
