Dog neutered-post op question

My dog just got neutered and he keeps escaping his cone. He might’ve licked his sutures. Not sure if this is a cause for concern, see picture attached. What are your opinions?

Welcome to the board, Tovin11.

I think I'd at least touch bases with the vet. Maybe email them this picture? There doesn't look to be a lot of redness or inflammation anywhere else on the incision, but I'd want an opinion on the hole that's opened up... How long ago was the neuter done?

When your dog is healed and you have the time, we'd love to see the rest of your dog.
