Canine Caviar Holistic Canned food

Has anyone every tried these?

http://mycaninecaviar.com/products/holistic-cans/

My local pet food store just got these in, and I was curious about them. I guess they're suitable for dogs and cats (I have two cats, so I'm posting this in the cat forum). I bought a can of beaver just to see how my cats would like it, but haven't fed it to them yet.

Now the feeding instructions state:

A 1/8 can a day for every 18 pounds of body weight.

Now I wasn't sure if this is as a supplement only, or if that's sufficient as their primary food source, as this would mean a single can would last over a week for a smaller cat?

Supplemental or occasional feeding only. Doesn't contain any of the necessary vitamins and minerals:

Ingredients

Ground Beaver, Water Sufficient for Processing, Carrageenan gum, Cassia Gum.
They really should be more clear about that on their website. Hopefully the cans themselves actually say something about that.
