I am a mom of two dogs again.

I adopted her from the Hamilton SPCA Matilda is a two year old Rat Terrier mix (feel free to guess what else is in her), and her name is Matilda. She went through a LOT - heartworm (she is now negative) and intestinal parasites AND mange ontop of pregnancy, but is now living the easy life She gets along great with Suki the Shiba.

Piccies!

Matilda is my first rescue dog. She's settling in really well, no accidents, no chewing up anything but her food and is incredibly sweet, especially considering everything she went through.

Here's the picture that was on the shelter's site -- she's always wagging that tail

Matilda is a beauty and thank you for rescuing her.

I think she may have some lab in her as I think rat terriers are bi-coloured and also have white in their colouring.

Good to hear she gets along great with Suki.....would love to see pics of them together.

Thanks guys And you're VERY welcome. I'm thinking there's some lab in her, too.

Here's some together pics, Suki's being a bit of a snob in the one, not looking at the camera

Thank you I've always felt for the adults because so many people want puppies. Not me! Getting an adult saved me some sleep to boot

Very pretty lucky girl. I love the picture where her head is resting on the deck, wearing her handsome red collar and leash. She looks grateful.
