3rd eyelid showing
Hi guys,
So my cat daisy's 3rd eyelid has been showing for over a week now. My partner took him to the vet the day the 3rd eyelid started showing. The vet said he had a cold and prescribed him Clavaseptin. His eyelids are still showing a week later, and that's the only obvious symptoms. I've read cat cold are usually over from 7-10 days, but his eyelids are just as bad as they were when he first started showing them. Will he just suddenly stop showing them when he's okay? Could this be something else and the vet got it wrong? Thanks for your help! |

Did the vet do bloodwork?
If it is indeed a kitty cold, then it is a virus and nature has to take it's course. How is his eating? Drinking?

Thanks for the reply Love4himies. The vet didn't do any blood work.
He's eating and drinking fine. Maybe drinking more than he normally does. |
