Fly Biting ?

Hello there! Okay, so. My one year old pap male has been experiencing occasional fly snapping episodes. At least, this is what the vet claims. He stands on his hind legs, bouncing slightly, snapping his jaws. He seems to appear as if he is trying to catch imaginary flies/bugs. Do any of you, happen to know what to do? I can't seem to truly find a good solution. He used to do this several times a day, although, now, he seems to be fly snapping less. My mother and I had thought it may have to do with something food related? Like, chicken.? So, we stopped feeding him chicken, and he seems to be doing somewhat better, yet, he has still Experinced this. Alright, I hope you can help? Thank you.
Sincerely,
Turbo's Mother.

Has your vet suggested further testing to find out why Turbo is fly biting? There are several health reasons that might be causing this behaviour and I would be concerned if further tests have not been offered. Might be time for a second opinion?
Does Turbo have these episodes randomly or are they consistently following feeding or excercise or sleeping?

Yes, fly biting can be a sign of seizure activity...

This web site suggest cutting out corn or soy from the dog diet and see if that help.

Thank you, everyone.

@Lynne, His episodes seem to be at random, not following a particular schedule.

@Maxa, Yes, I am aware of that, Thankyou

@Barking, Thank you. I will consider that.

I'll update you guys later on, Alright.
