Please help me find Nyla

A person I have known has lost his sweet golden color mix.
They just moved into Pierrefonds, and she does not know the area.
Please, they are just heart sick...
Please if you have any word, or know where she might be, please contact me

What a pretty dog! Moving is so traumatising to animals, they lose their bearings and can't find their way back to the new home, often erring until they find their old home!

I hope your friends find their dog fast! Have you checked the vets and SPCAs and other rescues? Yes, of course you have!

for this cute dog and the owners!

She is a great gal, I have met her.

I hope she turns up safe and sound! How far is their new house from the old?

about 5k's. I asked him to speak to his old neighbor if he has not all ready.
They were so miserable this xmas. I can only imagine, they have 2 dogs, both are rescues. They are animal lovers, and are really distraught over this whole thing

Did they put posters up in the old neighborhood, too? I'm hoping they get her back and can celebrate Christmas a little late! Hopefully, Nyla's guardian is looking out for her!

You may already know this but Le Berger Blanc are the ones who pick up strays / lost dogs in that area. Did the owners called over there ?

They have called every place imaginable.
He got a call from someone who sai d they saw this guy walking a dog looking identical to he, and the dog did not look to pleased.
If that is the case...She is safe but far from being home. My friend is at the place where the dog was seen, and is waiting.
Then he is going and putting up more flyers....Poor family they are freaking out

I too was hoping for good news at the end:sad:
She is a beautiful dog,I hope she's safe..that the person who presumably had her only caught her to bring her to a shelter.
she'll be back home soon,we don't want another missing pup:sad:
to the owners and their little boy..

Well after 8 days of being missing, I just recieved a phone call from the owner. she was just found.
He got a phone call saying she was spotted on the lake. He and 15 friends with cars, took off there.
She ran right across the lake to see her daddy. She is underweight, nervous, but she is now home and being loved.
I have goose bumps

What great news Rottielover. Jeez, I cry when it is sad news and I choke up when it is good news. Anyway, that is wonderful. Take care.

He never gave up hope, he had most of montreal helping because of facebook
