He is so lazy

I was sitting on the couch with James' laptop, and here Spooks comes and lays ontop of the thing. I would move him, and he could come right back. It was impossible to do anything on the computer with him ontop of it. What a LAZY cat.

One of my cats does the exact same thing. As soon as you sit with the laptop or in front of the desktop computer, he automatically will lay, sit, walk on the keyboard so you can't do anything. If he isn't on the keyboard he is sitting directly in front of the monitor looking at you waiting for you to pay attention to him and not the computer.

As soon as we sit down at the computer, our big guy Pippin will jump up on the desk and lay down across our arm that is working the mouse and waits for a belly rub .... he'll fall asleep there like that and I won't move until he wakes up

What really attracts my cats is when I'm trying to read the newspaper!! I often sit on the floor at home so the paper is layed out on the floor. Out of nowhere comes CJ. She MUST lay on the paper!! Or if I'm organizing bills and whatnot in the bedroom. If there is paper on the bed, she gets out of her little bed and lays all over the papers!!! I often wonder if it is the ink smells that attract the cats to paper. She's not the only cat to do this!

Cats can be so annoying but so devastatingly adorable when they do things like that! My old cat would take my Barbie shoes when I was younger and hide them under the bed. Minnow MUST lie all over everything, including papers, computers and she especially loves disrupting a board game. She just can't resist and ends up pushing all the pieces off and effectively ending the game!

Cats are priceless!
