receipe gravy for cat

mommacat i think is 17 or 18 or ancient. but we love her and she
is so graceful when she stands and when she sleeps. so we want
to give her the most possible care for a cat her age whatever her
age maybe. she also has a thyroid problem she's our mommacat.
she's on medication and her medicine is methimazole 5mg/0.1ml
for her thyroid condition which was making her ravenously hungry
all the time but still keeping her skinny because her metabulism rate
was so high. we know she has a tumor in her belly but the vet does
not recommend an operation because i suppect of age.
thank you so much for responding.
