Peeling paw pads. Bleeding underneath!!

I don't know what else to do. I've cleaned his paws. And used polysporn. As well as wrapped nicely. Took me three tries but I'm sure they will stay on now. Not tight. Just wrapped smarter. He is 12-14 and an indoor cat. But got out overnight two nights ago. I noticed the bleeding on the floor and cleaned him this morn. Will this heal? And how long does it take. I was reading scary stuff about pad grafs and all that. We can't afford that level if it's needed

3 out of 4 paws

it looks so painful. He does not like the wrap at all thou. Most cats don't I know that for a fact. The fourth paw looks like it's beginning to peel. I hope it doesn't. I applied poly on it.

I'd let a vet take a look at this if this were my cat. I'd also ask my vet for some type of salve or cream that could help this as it may be painful.
Maybe members know of safe creams to use for this?

Can kitty walk well - does he/she look uncomfortable?

Ouch Ouch Ouch oh that looks painful!!! I would be willing to be there is some frostbite there or some type of damage to the skin.

Can you get him into the vet asap? I think your cat will most definitely be in pain! I am not so sure that you should be wrapping the feet though? they may heal better if they get air?

A vet will be able to put your mind at rest and give your kitty something for the pain IT MUST be feeling!

Good Luck and please let us know how you and your kitty make out!

Cindy

Your cat need to see a vet , it can get an infection if he/she is going outside and that has to made it very painful to use a littler box. Poor kitty.
