These pics are making me competitive and I'm thinking my first pics are pretty crap and I'm gonna have to do better (I only took those to be funny in the original challenge thread...).

George is wdawson's 14 year old.

So, here's a question -- what are the rules with entries? How many pictures can we submit per pet? Are there multiple entries? Some of us (won't mention names ) have ten entries right now......

I think it's unlimited. Quantity doesn't ensure quality. (unless you're wdawson ).

Thanks, now I know who George is.

I love George. He's such a sweetie. (Not trying to take any of the light away from Beethoven because he is just as beautiful!)

These are all great pictures. I can't wait to see more!

Here are mine!! Shamus and Shelby with their own pumpkin which was grown in my parents garden. The cats wouldn't pose with it.

How did you get them both to pose on each side of the pumpkin?

Yes that is Shamus lol.
And amazingly he posed like that all on his own, after trying to "arrange"Shelby around the pumpkin for what seemed like hours (maybe 2 minutes) Shamus just plunked his butt down beside it and waited for her to get organized. He loves his pic being taken.

Umm...so does all the compliments mean I'm not voted out? Or do we wait till the end of this week for the voting, I'm confused lol.
And I just realised my camera was set to take a certain size of pic, hence the fuzziness of the ones I posted. Darn it!!
I'll be back with better clearer ones.
Back to rearranging the mutts around the pumpkin I go.

I think just posting a pic makes you a survivor.

Here's my second attempt...

Mmm... smells good....

Has this shot been done already?

What about Hallowe'en cadavers?

Jemma's turn...

What about a Jemma Evil Eye? Is that Hallowe'eny enough?

What? I get a cookie? (Yes, you do and it's right beside you on the pumpkin ).

Oh! There it is!!

tee hee I just noticed the gradual disappearance of the stem of the pumpkin.

hee hee, no I'm trying to win by posting quantity in hopes of there being quality somewhere in there..

Hey, weren't you supposed to give us a description of your doggies with a pumpkin in the absence of camera access?

Prin, I love Jemma and Boo. The baleful Halloween eyes are great! And I don't see a cone on Boo--does that mean he came to terms with his licking issues? We have a dog in a cone (Lil Belle)--been bopping us in the legs all week and none of us can wait till she gets it off!

Wish I had a pumpkin! Would two small oranged squashes count?
