Sheba is gone (aka Bella)

Frenchie brought us Bella.
We renamed her Sheba.
She was "too old to adopt out" and was scheduled to be put to sleep.
Golden Rescue got her.
We took her.
4 years later, Lewis had to have her put to sleep after an accident which she didn't get over. I was no longer in their lives and was told after the fact.

Her friend, Dani, who we had when Sheba arrived; (another rescue) was rehomed as Lewis couldn't move with her, and developed epilepsy (IMO from the rehoming stress, she was fine before) and has been sent somewhere (new home or SPCA, I'm not sure).

RIP Sheba, and best of luck to Dani!

Sorry to hear about Sheba. That must have been hard to only hear about it after the fact

Any way you can check to see if she was sent to a shelter so you could pull her? I hope Dani went to a new home and does well there.
