cat pregnacy

well i think my cat is pregnant but i'm not a hundred percent sure. he stomach is getting bigger and she is starting to produce milk. the only thing i can't take her to the vet to find out because that will cost a bunch of money and it would me a waste expessialy if she's not. but if she is how would you check how far along she is? i know she is farther that 3 weeks at least.

Just to let you know this is a very pro spay/pro neuter forum so you will probably get a lot of heat from the members here because so many of the members rescue animals on a regular basis.

With that said, you really need to take your cat to the vet regardless if she is pregnant or not. The best advice to give you is if she is pregnant to get her spayed immediately and abort the fetuses. There are so many unwanted animals out there. It's really not fair to bring more into the world when there are so many in shelters.

Whatever you decide is your decision, but for the health and well being of your cat, you really need to take her to the vet immediately and figure out if she is pregnant or if she has some health issues. We are not vets here and really cannot diagnose over the internet.

Please see a vet. We cannot diagnose cats over the internet. As stated in the rules:
