9 year old cat won't eat

My cat stopped eating or interacting with anyone including our other cat although they got along extremely well. She just sits in the same isolated spot and only drinks water. She lost a lot of weight and looks very weak. We took her to a vet and blood tests revealed that everything is normal. We are currently force feeding her but its been almost 10 days and nothing is changing . What should i do?

Do you have a copy of the blood work? Was a urinalysis also done? What about any other tests, like x-rays and/or ultrasound?

Is she on any medication?

I don't at the moment since they're back at the clinic. The vet didn't ask for any other tests since she said these are normal. Unfortunately I live in a place where vets are less than adequate although this is supposedly the "best" one around. So i am not sure what else to do ... She isn't on any medication.
