My kitty is not eating :(

I need help! I am so worried about my beautiful girl Luna she's only two. She decided to stop eating. I took her to the vet and all the test came back negative. The only thing is that she has a lot of anxiety. We bought a kitten back in May his name is Shadow. Luna didn't like him at first, but eventually she got used to him. Last week I took Shadow to get spayed, and this is when Luna started changing her eating habits. At first I thought it was because I took her food away, she was on medical SO, because back in March she had a few crystals but that cleared up right away. I didn't want the kitten eating that food, so I bought her Wellness the food the kitten is on. I'm not sure if she got mad at that? But I've tried everything, different dry foods, chicken, tuna, wet food. She's eating a little bit if I give her wet food with a spoon, and she drinks water if I hold it. It's more stressful than feeding a toddler that doesn't want to eat! I'm worried she's really going to get sick if she doesn't eat. Any advice would be very much appreciated!!!

Has your kitty ever had this happen before? Has she ever stopped eating before? Have you tried giving her raw or cooked chicken or tuna or salmon? I'm talking about people food now ... will she eat treats?

It sounds like she still has a problem with your kitten Shadow ... but it may also be that she liked the vet food and would eat if you gave it to her.... might be worth a try... but people food may also get her interested in eating again... have you tried it?

sorry but those are all the suggestions I have right now...
