Feed BARF to corgis, now see "humping' spasm

Someone please! We have been feeding our Corgis the BARF diet for 3 years now and although they are doing fine on it, ie: healthy coats, skin, teeth ect, now our female (and our male on occasion) has developed this "involuntary humping" action and it has grown more frequent, till this morning, she did it 4 times in a row. I am worried but cannot find any information on the web. Does anybody know what this may be? I think it might be a neurological problem, but again, I cannot find anything to suggest even that.
