OMG Marko dont even get me started. We will allow horders and millers to do what they want for extended time frames. We can fine them but they still get away with it. Then after we take their animals away from them they have the right to get them back...Thats just one thing that irks me.

Why would you put a man in jail with the regular population OMG for owning an extra cat. No wonder there are no room in jails for murderers, pediphiles you name it..... Then fine him for it. Are there ever any exception to the rules there. I dont know this frustrates me to no end......

WOW is all I can say. Thoroughly disgusting.

I understand the need for laws and bylaws however there's also a need for variances and exceptions to address special circumstances such as this.

The treatment of this man I find disgraceful. His kitties are very lucky to have him.

WEll I guess the bright side is that Franklin, Que. is so low on crime they have to resort to stuff like this to justify paying a Police force.
