Question White bump/blister in anal area (DOG)

My 7 year old dog has 1 white bump or blister on the outside of her anus? We took her to the vet and they emptied her anal glands, but the bump did not go away, and I can tell it still bothers her. She did try antibiotics but nothing has worked...what do I do to get rid of the bump (which looks exactly like a whitehead)...?

Thank you in advance!

Take her back to the vet, it needs to be checked again.

Did they mention the possiblity of it being an abcess? That will need to be taken care of by a vet.

If not an abcess ask for a fine needle aspirate she will most likely need to be sedated being that it is a delicate area & have them check with the lab for a cause.
