Sagging face

Hi everyone
I am totally new to this site, I just joined a few minutes ago and really hope someone can help me out.
My bernese is being treated for Wobbler's and has been doing great, her energy is back up and she is back to her old self. HOwever, today I noticed that the right side of her face is sagging. Her upper and lower lip are sagging, but her eye not so much. When I check her neurological deficits, they are slower than the left and almost non existent when I check her muzzle and her ear. When I check her eye it rolls back. Very odd. Any thoughts?
Another thing, today I was upstairs and heard a noise downstairs so I peeked down the stairs, her bed is at the bottome, she was squatting on her bed like she was peeing, but when she finally stood, she had pooped, totally not normal for her. Is it possible she had some sort of stroke? I really don't know what to think.
She is on gabapentin and pred for the Wobbler's and gets glucosamine everyday and omega on her food everyday too.
I would appreciate any ideas or suggestions you could have. Any natural remedies that may work I would be quite willing to try.

I don't have any experience with Wobbler's but wanted to welcome you and hope you get the answers you're looking for. I'll pm Dr. Lee this thread...perhaps when he checks in, he'll be able to give you some information. Have you called your vet yet to discuss your dog's symptoms?

Thank you for the welcome and for sending this on to Dr Lee.
I have contacted my vet and she is supposed to call me back today, I have also e-mailed her neurologist and e-mailed a friend of mine who is an internal medicine specialist.
I've noticed that when I check her right eye, it is her third eyelid that comes up, not her eye rolling back. She also didn't sleep well last night so neither did I
She is still eating and drinking and moving around just fine.
I welcome any thoughts and ideas.

The signs that you are describing are neurologic deficits of the cranial nerves. An examination with your vet is important. The gabapentin and prednisone are not potential causes.
