Puppy Acne....Help
Hi there, I have a 10 Month Old Boxer who has puppy acne and just wondering if I could get any suggestions as to help reduce the amount of it.
He has Stainless Steel Dishes that are cleaned daily... Please give me some Tips..I greatly appreciate it Allot |

If stainless steal isn't working try porcelain or glass... wash them with hypoallergenic soap as well.
Usually it is just something you have to wait for it to go away on their own. I would say if you aren't already using a quality food switch to something preferably hypo allergenic as well.

You might also have to get into a routine of wiping his face with a warm wet washcloth after he eats. Sometimes food debris that lingers on the pup's face can create a bacteria feeding frenzy, resulting in acne.

Thank You for the Help. He is on a Very Good Quality food and his acne seems to be Drying up, its just he drools so much so I think we will have to try Wipe his face down after her drinks or eats for now. |
