I have owned animals literally all my life mainly horses , dogs and cats. Now being an adult in my mid thirties our family has a 6 year old German Shepherd and a 2 year old cat named Belle. We love these two dearly as do our children. Our dog has been in overall good health except has bouts of a skin condition flare up every now and then and tried everything with the help of a vet. Our cat is in great health and she was rescued from a local shelter.

I love pets in general and while it may be a little ways of we are thinking of what the future may hold for when our GSD passes . Will be such a sad but as a family we think we would like a bit smaller dog that would like to travel with us. So I like learning about new breeds.
