There's quite a few sites that make these - I like Picaboo because of their cheap and fast shipping options, and their layout options as well - you can use any picture as a background!

shutterfly also has an option to make photo books. I have one that I made for the gang last year.

Thanks! Unfortunately I forgot to tell my wedding coordinator to have people use silver pens for signing (which I provided), so they only signed on the pictures and we have a lot of blank space.. Ohwell!
