Gross Yards
Blech! Took Bayley out today to get her nails done, gorgeous day so nice for a walk. Went past one yard and it was absolutely gross and disgusting and smelly...dog crap all over the place. Obviously a dog eating crap food too cause Bayley doesn't stink like that!! Now I'm not absolutely perfect in picking up my yard but it never gets to that point where I can smell it and my yard doesn't face the street. No doubt if it did, I'd be out every 2nd day. I may get the address and report them to bylaw cause that's just nasty and probably not too healthy either.

If the people next door have well water that would not be healthy and with the weather getting warmer all that poop will attract files. GROSS!

That is the scary part of spring... everything comes out and its damped from all the melted snow Not that I have to worry about that just yet, as we are getting another 10cm of snow tonight

no wells to worry about but still it's gross. Oh Jull that sucks big time! Edmonton's getting snow too. It's the flies and the smell, won't be long before the flies are out.

patty if you are in Edm how on earth did you see any yards? Unless you mean it's in teh snow. You've had even more snow than us in S'toon!
(Although if you wanted to stop sending it to us, we'd be ok with that) I'm terried of spring. The snow has been too deep to clean up after His Highness and I know what I am going to find under 4 feet of snow. I'd never let him poop in teh front. EWW |

I'm in Medicine Hat and last week all our snow was gone. We never got alot this winter anyways. We've got a bit more now but it's only an inch or two. I've managed to keep up pretty good this year with poop patrol. There's a few places on the lawn where I'll have to wait till it thaws. Where she usually goes is easy pickings. It's alot easier out here cause poop dries out way faster here than it did back in Ontario.

I agree it's gross. I was finding poop on the driveway and grass and thought some lazy dog owner was walking their dog around my condo. It turned out to be coyote scats. A coyote was marking the yard as his territory . The files are already coming out here. Yuck!
