"fix" a 7 month old pup

I have a 7 month old Male Wirehaired Pointing Griffon and want to know when is the best time to have him "fixed" . We have a contact not to breed him and don't want to stunt his growth.
Thanks!

You can have him fixed whenever you like, as long as you keep him away from female dogs in heat before you do.
