My Dog Marty better watch out b/c he is always messing with the chipmunks here he might his butt kick. LOL!

Yay Chippie, you go.

I once watched a mouse make my Lab run backwards down the trail in her attempts to avoid his wrath after she flushed him out of a snowbank.

A lot of the comments after that video thought that the cat was only playing with the chipmunk, that he had no intention of killing it. I disagree, I think he was going to play for awhile, and then have lunch. Either way, I couldn't have watched and filmed it, I'd would have had to break it up

I read the cats play with their 'food' before killing it to make is easier to eat . I have no idea if this is true or not.

Good point. I feel embarassed now that I didn't say that too. Because it's certainly what we would have done, rescue it, not film.
