Cat Troubles :(

Lately, my cat Ajani has been doing some strange things around our apartment He has started urinating on any kind of clothing left lying around the house, and has also taken to meowing loudly, almost as though he's dying, when our sliding door is open and the screen door is shut. He still has his claws and he is fixed, but he seems to have the driving urge to be outside. This normally wouldn't be a problem, but we live on the third floor of an apartment complex and he leans himself over the edge. Very scary for his mommies!

A little background, he was found on a campus where I was attending college a week before I graduated. He was taken in to be checked out and it was found that he has already been fixed! He was given his shots and checked for illness, given a clean bill of health and sent home with us. When we graduated, Ajani went home with me and I brought him into a home with another male cat, as well as my mouse, Dexter (No worries, he lives in his own special room away from the cats!). We do believe that he was weaned too early and was not socialized as a kitten since he was found outside. His pupils are constantly dilated, save a few rare moments, and he has quite a few behavioral issues (biting, scratching, hissing).

Ajani has been here about four months and the problems have only begun in the last few weeks. Nothing about his diet, litter, or anything have changed! I'm at a loss for what to do about this poor kitty. Any ideas?
