Venus Update!
Well I think we are on week 3...or 4, and she's really comin along! This morning she climbed into bed with me and the kitties! She is learning to stay away from the hissy ones! We walk at least 2-3 times a day and have found some great routes through our subdivision...and Good friday and Easter sunday we went down to the parkway and she was in heaven!!!! I also braved taking her to petsmart and she did great, even let the cashier give her a treat! She is still wearing her muzzle when she's free to roam the house and when we are out where there will be lots of people and other dogs... but I'm hoping in time we won't need it!

Wow, it sounds like she's fitting in so smoothly!!! Up on the bed! Even with kitties!!!!

Oh, is Venus ever lovely . She looks so content in the last photo . I'm so happy to hear she's coming along well, krdahmer. Sh'es got herself one amazing family . I hope you're giving the shelter occasional updates on her...they'd be thrilled to hear, I'm sure.

So Happy!!
Hi I am so happy to see Venus in a loving home with great people, she lived in my house for 6 months as a foster and I know she is an amazing dog that deserves all the happiness and love in the world! I would love to hear updates about Venus, thank you so much for giving her a great chance at life ~ she deserves it!

Look at those ears!!!! She's a curious girl she is. I am so glad she's settled so well mf. One of these days I'll have no work to do around here and will be able to come for a visit.
